When a guest presents a priority check-in voucher, honor it. In counter check-in terminals: direct guests to the Gold queue and collect the priority check-in voucher. In mobile check-in terminal: no priority check in. Mobile check in is a fast check-in experience compared to traditional check in.
As you are checking in guests, be sure to ask the health question: "Have you or anyone in your party, experienced any of the following: flu-like symptoms (fever and a cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose) within the last 7 days, or experienced symptoms of vomiting and/or diarrhea within the last 2 days?"
