The terms and conditions of this policy and any information and data of any nature including, but not limited to, proprietary, technical, business plans (including expansion of this Agreement to include additional port cities), customer lists, pricing information, operating plans and all record-bearing media containing or disclosing such information and techniques furnished either by RCL to Contractor or by Contractor to RCL in connection with this Agreement shall be deemed confidential information and shall not be disclosed by either party to any third party without the other party's prior written consent.
